At FOUR Editors, we stand behind the quality of our professional electronics and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
